My current fitness group’s theme is “End to a Decade, End to Your Excuses.” It’s now the end of the day and I’ve spent some time thinking about my plans for the next year. Quite honestly I don’t know where it will take me, but I know one thing: I am preparing for it.

I started coaching with Beachbody so I can get even more out of the exercises I love doing daily. I am so grateful for how it’s changed my life and I can’t wait to share that with my future team.

I am over halfway done with my project management course and will then be tackling my experience documentation and studying to take the PMP exam. That will benefit me in my current job and provide endless opportunities for me and my family going forward.

And I am committed to a daily and weekly routine of self-care and mental health development. I push myself to talk about things when I don’t want to, to deal with emotions I’ve buried for decades. It will only help me be a truer woman, wife, mother, professional, friend, and more.
