Couponing can be challenging, no doubt. But what makes it even harder is when bad couponers are discourteous, or worse – commit coupon fraud. They give all of us a bad name and make it harder each time we shop. Checkers, managers, and stores get more and more restrictive in their coupon policies to combat this. So what can we do? Be better savers!
I just read a great piece from one of my favorite savings blogs, the Krazy Coupon Lady. It’s titled “5 Things Couponers Shouldn’t Do!” and it’s full of tips on how to prevent yourself from inadvertently misusing coupons. One of my pet peeves are “shelf clearers” and I can say for a fact that the checkers at my local Walgreens are annoyed with them, too. Here’s what KCL has to say:
